WELCOME TO WORLD OF GYMNASTICS CENTRE

Team IGC is a friendly, family run, dedicated 11,000 sqft gymnastics facility in the Sirhowy Valley. Just 10 mins from Junction 28 on the M4 or 20 mins drive from Caerphilly, we have gymnasts travelling from all over the South Wales Valleys and Cardiff to train with us.

GYMTOTS SESSIONS

Our Gymnastics For All programme begins with our GymTots Sessions where we introduce gymnastics through play. We encourage development using music, movement and through sensory activities such as “Messy Play”. Our Gymtots sessions are age-appropriate themed sessions to help with your little one’s development and enjoyment. TeamIGC members enjoy playing and interacting with your little one’s and love any excuse to wear fancy dress.
